Wheel Warranty & Care Policy

Coverage:

  • All wheels are covered for 60 days from the delivery date.

  • A warranty sticker is attached to the outer rim of each wheel.

  • Removal of the warranty sticker will void the warranty.

  • To begin a warranty claim, please call us to obtain an RMA number.

1. Wheel Leaks

  • Wheels may leak, excluding leaks caused by installation errors.

  • Ensure your installer has the necessary expertise and handles wheels with care.

  • Over 90% of leaks are found to be the result of improper tire installation, often due to damage to the silicone liner (holes, tears, gouges) caused by careless handling.

2. Inspection Before Installation

  • Double-check all spokes prior to installation and mounting.

  • Wheels subject to abuse, damage, racing, excessive load, “hopping” or jumping, improper installation, improper balancing, or improper use of adapters and knockoff spinner caps are not covered.

  • Notify us immediately during installation if a wheel is found to be out of round. A video and warranty sticker must be provided.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  1. Damage to plating or structure caused by:

    • Rocks, stones, road hazards

    • Lack of maintenance

    • Improper use of tools

    • Excessive water or moisture exposure

  2. Surface finish damage caused by:

    • Polishes, abrasives, rubbing compounds, or acid-based cleaners

    • Cleaning brushes damaging chrome or gold plating

  3. Installation of wheels or parts on a vehicle not intended for that design.

  4. Knock-off wheels require special care:

    • Regularly inspect wheels to ensure knockoffs and spinners remain tight.

  5. The use of “Fix-a-Flat” or similar products (these damage the sealer). Flat tires should be repaired only by an authorized tire shop or dealer.

  6. Wheels that have been repaired, altered, or modified.

    • Installing improperly sized tires

    • Using power-operated tire mounting equipment

    • Over-pressurization

Care Instructions

  • Rinse wheels regularly with water.

  • Use natural soap and a soft brush.

  • Dry thoroughly.

  • Apply WD-40 to help protect against corrosion.

Return Policy

  • Wheels cannot be returned after tires have been mounted.

  • Always trial-fit wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires to ensure correct fitment.

  • If you mount them, you own them – no exceptions.
